Heated Battle of Iron Patissiers Coupe Du Monde Contest (Pavilion No,8)

A trial for selecting the Japanese delegates to be sent to 2008 Coupe Du Monde De La Boulangerie (Bakery World Cup) will be held at the site of MOBAC SHOW2007. In the contest, the Japanese team has brought an excellent result every time. The next contest will be held at Paris in April 2008. Please look for heated battle of iron patissiers aiming for a big stage of the world. 〜Highlights〜 Competition in bread baking with 16 contestants in the contest (4 persons x 4 days) will be presented. Also, the 2nd Window Display Contest, the 3rd Sandwich Contest and Talk Shows with big names will be held. Moreover, Coupe Du Monde supporting goods (original pin badges) will be on sale. “Espace Calvel” Corner will be provided for the firs time in the Show in memory of the great achievement of Dr. Raymond Calvel, a former professor at Ecole Francaise De Meunerie.
