“WAGASHI” (Japanese-style confections) has been referred to as the art of food in Japan,
which provides the daily living with a variety of color along with change of the seasons.
At MOBACSHOW this time, a number of traditional skills by capable experts will be presented in collaboration with
Japan Confectionery Association,
TOWA Society and All Japan Wagashi Association. Participants in the workshop can sample WAGASHI.
