Fly out to the world, Team Japan! A Trial for Selection of Japanese Delegates to WPTC (Pavilion No.4)

The Japanese team took a second place in the 3rd convention of WPTC (World Pastry Team Championship), a convention of the world-highest level, selects the Japanese delegates through screening severer than ever, aiming at the victory in the coming 2008 convention. Please cheer for the Team Japan aiming at the next world champion. 〜Highlights〜 Contests in a chocolate sector and a candy-making sector will be held for two days from Feb. 22 to 23. An awarding ceremony starts at 15:00pm on Feb. 24 (the last day). Demonstration by the successive delegates and patissiers as well as a movie of the final selection in the U. S. A. will be presented.
