The MOBAC Show 2007 (Machinery, Materials, Marketing of Bakery and Confectionery Show) was successfully finished for four days on February 24th, 2007. We gratefully received so many as 62,856 visitors to the exhibition.

As the consumer needs became diversified more and more, we chose “New Generation Technologies for Bakery and Confectionery related industry” as our theme. The Machinery, Materials, Marketing of Bakery and Confectionery Show internationally covered all machinery, resources, raw materials and related machinery needed for the bakery and confectionary industry. We picked the keywords of 3Ms (Machine, Material and Marketing) and exhibited fully in the five halls of the MAKUHARI MESSE a wide variety of products which were developed to respond to the demands of the present day and they were received very well.

Including visitors from abroad, the show was daily full of air of excitement, and lively business meetings and information exchanges were being held at many exhibition booths, which brought about more business results than the two previous shows in 2003 and 2005.

The special events, “Bakery World Cup Japan Selection”, “World Pastry Team Championship Japan Selection” and the other demonstration corners held at the Venue, were packed with visitors every day and were being received extremely well. The 12 MOBAC Seminars held during the four days at the International Conference Room disclosed the latest products, technology and information to the audience and were attended by many visitors related to the industry.
