The MOBAC Show 2009 (Machinery, Materials, Marketing
of Bakery and Confectionery Show) was successfully finished for
four days on February 28th, 2009. We gratefully received so many
as 44,244 visitors to the exhibition.
As the consumer needs became diversified more and
more, we chose “Let’s create delicious future with bread and confectionery”
as our theme. The Machinery, Materials, Marketing of Bakery and
Confectionery Show covered all machinery, resources, raw materials
and related machinery needed for the bakery and confectionary industry.
We picked the keywords of 3Ms (Machine, Material and Marketing)
and exhibited fully in the five halls of the INTEX OSAKA a wide
variety of products which were developed to respond to the demands
of the present day and they were received very well.
Including visitors from abroad, the show was
daily full of air of excitement, and lively business meetings and
information exchanges were being held at many exhibition booths,
which brought about more business results than expected.

The special events, “Bakery World Cup Japan Selection”,
“World Pastry Team Championship Japan Selection” and the other demonstration
corners held at the Venue, were packed with visitors every day and
were being received extremely well. The 16 MOBAC Seminars held during
the four days at the conference room disclosed the latest products,
technology and information to the audience and were attended by
many visitors related to the industry.
